Middle UX/UI Designer

Pine Software Technology Ltd is a software company specializing in trading technology solutions for regulated brokers and trading firms. The company provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products designed to support electronic trading, brokerage operations, risk management, and financial data analysis.

As a Middle UX/UI Designer, you will work with live, evolving SaaS products in the dynamic trading technology domain. You will be responsible for shaping user experience and interface solutions  — from early concepts to polished interfaces — ensuring clarity, usability, and visual consistency.

Collaborating with product managers and development teams, you will influence how complex financial tools become intuitive and efficient for end users, contributing directly to products used in real-world trading environments.

Responsibilities

• Development of prototypes for the company's products from scratch; 

• Support/refinement of existing prototypes; 

• Conducting user interviews, implementing the best UX and visual solutions, design validation;

• Working with design systems (improving, supplementing, building new systems in the future);

• Collaboration with development teams and product managers.

• 1,5+ years of experience in a similar position (1+ year of commercial experience);

• Experience with multi-page websites and responsive design;

• Proficiency in graphic editor Figma (Styles, components, variants, variables, prototyping and Autolayout - in advanced level);

• Strong knowledge and experience with composition, colour, typography, creation/editing of ready-made icons, knowledge of UI-patterns and UX rules (e.g. J. Nielsen's heuristics);

• Building user flow (a user experience (UX) concept);

• Experience with conducting user interviews and further processing of the data obtained.

• Mobile App design;

• Adobe package (illustrator, photoshop, after effects - basic knowledge);

• Experience with Admin panels and CMSs or CRMs;

• Refinement and creation of the design system by yourself;

• Experience with CJM, Empathy map / User persona;

• Higher education in art.
