    Location: Ukraine/Kyiv or Larnaca / Cyprus, hybrid/remote

    Type of work: Full-time

     

    Smarter is a management company responsible for defining the overall strategy of investment activities and ensuring optimal management and development strategies for each business unit within the group.     We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Recruiter who will drive end-to-end recruitment activities, partner with hiring managers, and ensure predictable, high-quality hiring delivery. This role requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex vacancies simultaneously.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

     • Build strong, trust-based partnerships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions through data and market insights.

     • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles; actively maintain diverse pipelines across multiple geographies.

     • Conduct structured, competency-based interviews with a focus on skills, motivation, culture fit and risks.

     • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through consistent communication and proactive expectation management.

     • Manage and analyze recruitment metrics (conversion rates, time-to-fill, acceptance rate, pipeline).

     • Improve recruitment processes, identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive operational efficiency.

     • Represent the company professionally on the market and support employer brand initiatives.

     

    Job requirements

    • 4–6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably tech/product).

    • Proven success closing senior or niche roles.

    • Strong sourcing expertise (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn tools, market mapping).

    • Excellent interviewing skills (structured, competency-based).

    • Ability to manage 6–8 roles across varying difficulty levels.

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

    • Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment analytics (conversion rates, funnel tracking, etc.).

    • High ownership, accountability, focus on results.


    Nice-to-Have Skills

    • Experience hiring globally.

    • Knowledge of compensation structures and offer building.

    • Experience supporting employer branding initiatives.

    • Familiarity with tech stacks, product lifecycle, AI/FinTech domain.

    • Ability to build dashboards and recruitment analytics.
